Susanna Andrew

EDITOR, Woman Magazine 

Susanna Andrew has worked in and around the printed word all her life. She was the arts and books editor for Metro magazine for a number of years and has been a programme director for the Auckland Writers Festival since 2016.
She has co-edited three editions of the highly successful collection Tell You What: Best New Zealand Non-Fiction, published annually. Susanna
has worked in publishing in the UK and Europe, as a bookseller with Unity, and as the communications manager for
the New Zealand Book Council. In 2017 she was a convening judge for the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards.
She is a proud Kiwi, a keen ocean swimmer, and the mother of three (mostly) adult children.

Niki Bezzant

EDITOR, Thrive Magazine 

Niki Bezzant is a multi-award-winning writer, speaker, editor and author who has worked in the New Zealand media industry for more than 20 years. She has a passion for translating complex health and science information into relevant, engaging content and was the founding editor of Healthy Food Guide, New Zealand’s top-selling food magazine, for more than a decade. In addition to her roles as editor of Thrive magazine and health editor of WOMAN magazine, Niki contributes to a wide range of media. Her third book, This Changes Everything: the honest guide to menopause and perimenopause was published by Penguin Random House in January 2022. She is a proud ambassador for Garden to Table NZ, serves on the board of the NZ Nutrition Foundation, and is a supporter and volunteer for the NZ Fashion Museum. She enjoys sewing, vintage and sustainable fashion, books, food, film and fitness.

Vanessa Marshall

 Editor, HAVEN MAGAZINE

Vanessa Marshall has had more
than 15 years of experience in the publishing industry, including a decade
at Woman’s Day, and has edited some
of New Zealand’s best-loved magazines. With a strong passion for food, health and lifestyle content she became the lifestyle editor, then the director of powerhouse magazine titles Woman’s Day and New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, before becoming the editor of award-winning premium food magazine Dish. Prior to moving to School road and launching Haven, Vanessa was editor of NADIA, a prestigious food, lifestyle and wellness magazine. Vanessa lives between Auckland and Waiheke Island, and in her spare time she loves ocean swims, bushwalks and cooking from her garden.
